Two people worked on my head which I loved. The owner was honest that my braids I originally wanted would slip out my head. I do have very short hair. I appreciate the atmosphere. Will come back here again . Go early morning they be super busy. I drive two hours out here and it was worth it.
I had a Bad experience I asked for smaller braids they had me choose the size which you pick before you start when the girl started braiding the back the size was fine another girl started braiding the sides a few minutes afterwards an I noticed they were huge on the side I specifically told them I wanted to wear my hair a certain way an they said ok the owner told me she got me they so ugly nothing like I asked for I told the girl they were too big an a different so from the girl that was doing the braids I’m the back woman who I told stopped an came back an put the chair down and made me think they was giving me what I asked for it ended up being terrible I couldn’t even style them in anyway they so huge an charged me extra even though I told her they weren’t they same size the owner acknowledged it wasn’t the same sizes as the back and I absolutely hate the braids I got I took them out and would never recommend they didn’t speak English except for a few so when you tell them they’re doing your hair wrong they know something is wrong but keep going I blame the owner she knew my hair wasn’t right she couldn’t even style it it was so massive I’m so mad almost $300 wasted ????
I took four of my daughters to get their hair braided and they did a ok job but when I went to get my locks retwisted the lady broke off my hair and I had to get a haircut and start all over again .. I was very disappointed and won’t get them done here ever again
This the only place I go! I love her daughter Rama hope I didn't mispell it. They are all very nice and friendly.

Quality braiding, pricey but good job. The atmosphere of the place can use an upgrade...why not customers pay well and it's nice to have a nice atmosphere. While your being provided dervices...my opinion only, keep scrolling...if you don't feel the same way.
Called a day ahead to schedule my appointment for my hair and spoke to someone the day of my appointment. I waiting over an hour to get my hair started after my appointment time and two of the workers were very rude and hostile. This is my second time using this service and I didn’t even receive what I inquired for, after I was told they’ll be able to do it and I left with something completely different
