Nancy nails is an amazing nail salon!! The entire salon team was extremely professional and welcoming. Pete was my nail tech and he did a fantastic job ???? my nails are so well done and we had great conversations throughout the service. He helped me feel at ease and he’s one of the few nail techs that did not make the nail drilling process uncomfortable. He also had wonderful recommendations on how to do my valentine’s day nails and he created the pretty nails in the photo. Highly recommend! Thanks to Pete and the team ????????
Been going here for years. But came at time to have to find a new spot. They don’t wanna service me because of their poor customer service. The photos are from gettin my nails done last Friday. They ended up like this Sunday. Peeled off peice of Acrylic came off. Problem is they don’t want you to speak up if it’s a problem. I’m spending my money if my nails aren’t correct up to par or Whatever you wanna call it I have a right to say something and be satisfied. Instead of having good customer service they wanna have a attitude. Talk in they language about you instead of being Kind and trying to resolve the situation and make you happy. They just want the money they don’t care if your happy or satisfied. I had one Tech there I seen on the regular who told me she can’t satisfy me because my nails was bubbly and that was a issue. I wouldn’t recommend. They deserve no stars.
Love getting my nails done here. They do your nails exactly the way you want them. I got a manicure with polish, but they were hard like gel, really shiny & lasted for weeks until I did a lot of dishes. The prices are normal. The manicurists are nice, friendly & don't mind if you stare in awe at their beautiful work while they practice nail art when they don't have a customer. I'm definitely going back
If I could give them zero stars I would. The only reason I gave them another try was because I decided to try a different nail tech. This time I went in just for a fill and she too did a botched job and this is after I did numerous corrections. You would’ve thought she was doing me a favor. I would never go back there or recommend them to anyone.
The WORST fill I have ever gotten. I’ve used them for so long and it’s time for a new place. Not only did I try to say it looked bad, they just wanted to rush me out. Not worth $53 at all. No wonder they have a sign saying no refunds.
My nails look worse in person. I went to this place after seeing that they had decent reviews on Google; unfortunately that was a mistake. The nail tech treated me like she was doing me a favor. She refused to properly correct my nails after repeatedly asking her to do so. As you can see from the pics, she didn't bother to smooth out the acrylic, remove excess acrylic from under my nails, and she didn't even clean the excess polish around my cuticles. My nails are crooked, misshapen, and bumpy. Please be aware before you go to this nail salon. Also, they don't have nail dryers so you're on your own as far as drying your nails.

6/21 Wedding nails were perfection!
They do a great job as far as quality and outcome. I got a Gel manicure, eyebrow wax and tinting. I also had my lashes done and the outcome was great! I will say that some of the workers aren’t friendly and they did refuse to do a pedicure on my aunts feet. When I asked them for a reason why they wouldn’t do it the response was “it is too much work” last time I checked, your supposed to do “work “ in order to get paid so I couldn’t comprehend the “too much work” part and I was told that the workers have a right to refuse work just like my aunt had a right to go up the street and pay someone else for the “work” outside of them being unorganized as to who’s next for what service and the non-friendly manner they provide. The outcome of the service is very good which is why they get 5 stars.
