I went there today to get a pedicure. I picked the $40 service. It turned out horrible. The service itself was nice but the lady that cut my nails randomly chopped my nails at weird angles and then painted it unevenly. My toe nails were a good length so she had an opportunity to shape them nicely but see pictures below what I ended up with. It looks as if I did it. Was really disappointed. The gel mani looks sloppy too.

I came in with great nails, left with them completely destroyed. Unbelievable. They have no idea what they're doing.

Been driving past this salon but never came to receive services.
I was treated for a service.
They've updated their inside from the person who took me. New chairs with massagers and updated paint. Very white and clean looking.
I got my toys done. For my not so attractive feet they made them like new.
I enjoyed my hot stone massage and overall service.
It was a tad pricey for my liking but I haven't gotten my toes done in awhile.
its been a while since i been their now i remember why i stop going, when in their on wed afternoon the lady did a horrible nail job and plus she charge 65.00 for horrible service bump on my nails glue a nail in is all side ways apparently she fix but no it looks horrible first and last time i go thier again try to given a second chance after 10 years and still a bad service iam not happy at all with my nails, and paid 65.00 waste of money if you like throwing money away than this is your place to go. iam really unhappy with my nail i left their told my sister in law that i didnt like them started to cried casuse i was really upset, now i have to wait for them to grow so i could take them off please people dont waste your money their :(
They're very gentle on my wife's nails. She has very sensitive finger nails and she likes the compliment them for not hurting her. Amazing selection of colors. Customer service is great. Handicapped parking and ramps. Customer restrooms only.
I moved to citrus heights a little over a year ago from the bay area, I went to Top Nails found everyone there is so friendly. They do such a great job my nails always look great. I will never go anywhere else.
Unfair and unethical; mediocre work. I won't go there again. The gal working with my 80 year old dad on a pedicure grabbed his hand and started filing and buffing...saying let me do this for you. At the end she wanted an additional 20bucks for a manicure. I told her that wasn't fair, we never asked for a manicure. I paid the additional 20 but I will not go back even though I've been going there for years.
I went today asking for chrome nails just basic chrome nails no color! The nail tech filled 1 hand and tried to start coloring after messing up 3 times they had me sit at another booth where the next lady had to finish fill my nails and try to fix the hand the other lady did. After being in the shop for over a hr for just a fill. I told her to just make them clear after she kept forgetting to file fingers. I will not return they are to unprofessional and they definitely need more training. Prices are to high for the work they put out.
